(no subject)

Server repair went badly tonight. Badly.

Left for work at 9:30am. Return from work 4am...the next day.

Problem still not solved.

Drove home thinking how bad things are while listening to "How Good it Can Be"...

Back to work at 8am. It's the physical security server that's on the blink. Not good at all, kiddies.

I hope y'all are having luck far superior to my own these days. Normally my luck is quite good, so I'm not too huffy about getting the royal shaftola.

Now to sleep.

And so the situation is stabilized. Now begins the attempt to wind down and catch some sleep so that I can be quasi functional until it is time to resume sleeping operations tonight.

I don't normally sleep this time a day, so I might be able to eek out a nap. The cats are on standby. The poor dears. They were dutifully engaging in sleep support operations this morning (aka cuddling) when my alarm tolled this morning at 7am. Their disappointment of me departing the nurturing embrace of my warm covers was apparent.

Now to sleep.
