Just before my morning shower, I went to fetch clean towels from my linen closet. There was an earwig on the inside of the cabinet door.
Eww!
That earwig was treading upon sacred ground. To imagine that nasty earwig frolicking among my bath towels, which I use to dry off my holiest of holies was almost too much to bear.
Fortunately, for the sake of my coworkers, I bathed anyway, but only after I whacked the 'wig and flushed it into the sewer system.
