Dear Mister "Subject Matter Expert" on the ChangeName Utility:
Thank you for your quick response to my inquiry. I sent you a detailed memo explaining that for months the changename utility has not been working on the first try as it should. I included information like the log files of a computer that I was using the changename utility that "shows" the changename utility was successful. I left a box for you on the network that demonstrates that the changename utility was incomplete despite log files to the contrary. I leave this box for you to examine and troubleshoot so that you might find clues that explain why you have a program that doesn't run and a log file that tells lies. I humbly asked for an explanation, or at least a willingness to explore why this is happening.
What did you do?
You ran the Changename utility again.
