The pasta is ready for baking tomorrow. It should be nice and hearty.
The apple and pear tart made with whole wheat crust is quite tasty. However, it was a challenge to roll out. But it was darn tasty, and worth experimenting further to get the desired consistency.
Time to finish up a few things and head to bed.
