This evening was delightful.

taogrl and got naked¹ tonight and had some good conversation, as usual.

After that I came home and did some reading, viewing of the West Wing, and now I'm wrapping up with some Buffy viewage.

Tonight's workout was fabulous. having a whole wheat bagle before the workout seems to be adding more perk to my prance on the treadmill.

One of the gym experiences that continues to amuse me is my situps on the big rubber exercise ball. It's a green rubber ball, about two feet in diameter. I balance on the ball, with my feet on the ground and do stomach crunches. Since I do my crunches after I run, my scalp is a little sweaty. In bewteen sets, I run my fingers through my hair. After my crunches are done, I sit up and disembark from the ball. I do this routine in front of the mirror. Anyway, upon sitting up, my hair stands on end for a few seconds and then settles down to it's normal configuration. I just find that scared hair look quite amusing on me.
