Today was a lovely day. It is also the day before I return to work. I'm still battling the cold. Thus far, it is staying up in my head. I seem to be generating a lot of mucous, but that's all. Much vitamin c, tea, and water has been consumed.

I also made a delightful spinach salad for dinner tonight: spnach, mushrooms, green onions, bacon, croutons (homemade garlic croutons!), candied pecans and crumbles of bleu cheese. All of which was tossed in a balsamic vinegrette. It was mighty good.

I took my Prius into the shop to get serviced, folded more laundry, took care of some errands, and engaged in quality goof-off time.

I also subscribed to an international sports station: Setanta Sports. Now I get soccer and rugby games. Meow!
