Today was fun.
My friend and I made two types of pasta: regular spaghetti, and spinach fettucini. The spinach fettucini was difficult with the Kitchenaid pasta attachment. My next adventure will be ravioli, though.
We then went to see Chicago while the pasta dried. Upon return, we whipped up a topping for the pasta featuring italian sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, red peppers, basil, garlic and onions. It was delicious. Add some french bread and wine, and we were set.
Now to unwind with a book. :-)
