weaktwos | Temporary Regret

I really shouldn't agreed to have breakfast with my mother before going to L's Mom's house. I had to get up at 6:30 on a Sunday. Sure, sure, I need to grow up.

But I find it very unsatisfying that I thought my alarm was joking when it went off. But no. The joke was on me. I hope this Waffle place is delightful.

I had a fun day yesterday. Drum lessons were fabulously informative, lunch with

taogrl was delightful, as always.

textivore's party was quite fun, as well. I played three games I had never played before: Puerto Rico, Ingenius, and something involving pangaea. It was like Risk for ancient-ancient days. That game is quite a pistol. The mechanics of the game itself are so deadly to your strategy itself that no one has time to war over territories. A flood, volcano, or contintal drift will get you or them first. It's worth at least another go to get a handle on the rules.
