I'm up; just not at 'em

Tonight the platinum chefs will convene to make German cuisine. This means I shall stop and bring some german beer to the event.

Now that the Beverages and More is open down the street, I should accomplish this task with no difficulties.

I will also appropriate some fixins for making "Irish Car Bombs". In a few weeks, I'll be going camping with the party boys and girls at Sly Park. Copious amounts of spirits shall be consumed. Then, we shall find a ravine in which to puke, and crawl to our respective tents. Well, I likely won't puke, unless I really overdo it, which is rare. For I am still a cheap date.

Man alive, my weekends are full. Next weekend, I have the Susan Komen Race for the Cure, then mother's day. The following weekend is a party at a winery my friend owns. Then I'll be in Colorado Springs for a week, then camping on memorial day weekend. Then I'll have a spare weekend, then travel to San Antonio. I just agreed to participate in a limo-ride/Amador wine country tour the on the saturday after that. I'm probably going to need to hide in a cave for a few weekends after that time.

By the way, after I encouraged you to seriously consider San Antonio, I read where they have an unusually high incidence of ALS cases there for residents.

Just thought you should know, is all.

Lou Gehrig's Disease--Arterial Lateral Sclorosis, I think it's called.

High incidence of it in SA, just as we have a very high incidence of MS here in the Great Lakes region. They have done some genetic/environmental research on it, but have no conclusions other than the higher incidence ratio.

But, I wanted to pass that on to you.
