Anne's Dietary Trivia
Tonight, jogged for 30 minutes and worked on leg weights.
Breakfast: hardboiled eggs and cottage cheese
Lunch: tuna, iceberg lettuce, cucumbers
snack: pistachio nuts
Dinner: Vegetables roasted in garlic and olive oil and a ground sirloin patty with horseradish sauce.
I may get full, but I get hungry awfully fast. I'll up the proteins.
Pants already feel loose.
