-mushrooms sliced
-zucchini, sliced and quartered
-Asparagus, sliced in 1" pieces
Sautee the above ingredients, add seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder (I'm out of garlic))
-Eggs (2)
-Some cheddar cheese
All cooked in the skillet.
If anything, this diet makes me eat more veggies.
