I ended up spending a lot of time on the drums last night. I saw a little improvement, but none that matches my rockstar delusions of grandeur. Ah well, I've got the rest of my life to work on this.

I watched a little more Homicide last night. That show really was quite engaging. I can see why scarcrest and kellinator loved it so.

After work, I ran outside for over two miles. I was pleased with my pace and how I felt during the run. My heart rate monitor is working well, though sometimes it can get a little off kilter.

Time to head to work. I'm ready for a vacation.

I like Pemberton (sp?) quite a bit, though all of them are grand fun. I'm into season 1 DVDs, currently. I think Daniel Baldwin's character and his female partner are the weakest thus far, only because they don't get quite as much development as the others.

I see myself as a mixture of Pembleton and Bayliss -- which is really messed up, but you won't know why until the very end. :)

As for Howard: She definitely grows on you. Whereas Pembleton was the brains and passion of the squad, I think she was the heart.

Ah yes, Pembleton. I like Howard, but so far, she hasn't quite been given as much attention as Bayliss and Pembleton. But thanks to the Tarot Card/Dream episode, she is the heart, or intuition. :-)

The last episode I saw last night ended with Bayliss being told by Pembleton that he was right on the Adena Watson case. And they were off to make the arrest...
