Once again, I'm fairly perky and alert for it being after midnight, and me having put in a long day.
After work, I took some of the coworkers visiting from San Antonio out for beers. They enjoyed themselves. They have previously been hesitant to venture forth and explore the town. Beer is definitely a way to their hearts. Good ol' Texas boys. Plus, I was the designated driver. They were happy boys.
On my way home, I acquired the Star Wars DVDs. It had to be done, regardless of my opinions of Lucass' changes.
After that, I came home and finished work on my web assignment. I'm glad that was done. Shortly thereafter, I watched the tivo'd episode of Smallville. I read through![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
reannon's lengthy critique of it. Damn, girl! You were on fire!
But I loved every minute of the episode, despite realizing I was in deep episode deficit.
Now I am watching "Lost", but I'm so sleepy, I may not make it through the whole thing tonight.

I currently loathe the show. Mostly because it had the one thing that could counter my complete and total lack of interest in it's boring plot and blasse characters; big giant beasties!
