How does it feel?

Well, I'll probably be a wee bit sleepy tonight, at the rate I'm going. I had the quintessential first night in a hotel experience. I tried to sleep at midnight, and was moderately successful, until about 3am, and then I woke up about every half hour after that. Lovely.

Tom Ridge is quitting. I'm not fond of him, I'm just afraid of his replacement.

Oh, and that reminds me of a sign about Passengers' Rights at the security checkpoint:
"You have the right to be searched privately."

Gee, thanks. Soon you'll be telling me that we'll be housing soldiers involuntarily.

Now it's off to my training class.

Update: I couldn't send this this morning when I was heading off to training, and a few hours later, I'm back in my hotel. Why? Some fustercluck happened in our training classroom. So class will not commence until 1pm. Sheesh.

1. You have the right to be searched privately.

2. You have the right to only the finest quality anal probing available to humankind.

3. For your privacy, security, and convenience, you have the right to be publicly reviled by four TSA staffers of your choice.

4. If, during our routine full background check, it is discovered that you do not have a small but tasteful altar to Ann Coulter (featuring the Twin Towers, Jesus, and/or a living Bush family member) in your living room, you will have the right to choose life in solitary confinement or life in solitary confinement.

5. We spy a poppet.

Yansa, you make losing personal freedoms so much fun. ;-)
