You should also check out Robert Pennock's "Tower of Babel." It's a thorough debunking of pretty much every variety of creationism, from young earth to intellegent design. It opens with the line (which I think he borrows from Dawkins) "Creationism is evolving." Great read.

I'm also about to pick up "Abusing Science" by Phillip Kitcher, on the same topic.
