High Fidelity

Tonight I worked out: got about 40 minutes of cardio in again, but my daily tally of steps did not exceed 10,000 today.

After coffee with taogrl, I came home and was reminded of the fine movie of High Fidelity. Hence, I popped it into the dvd player.

I love that movie.

And then there's Lisa Bonet saying that "Hell yeah!" sex is a basic human right. Go 'head, Lisa.
