My mundane existence
I finished I heart Huckabees last night. I got such a kick out of that movie. And I was trying to think where I recognized Jason Schwartzman...and finally I realized he was in Rushmore. Oh, how funny.
And then a little hop to IMDB informs me that he's the cousin to Nicholas Cage. There's a wee bit of family resemblance there.
And that movie contains the most bizarre love making scene I've come across in a while. You know, I think there's such a thing as loving nature too much. Introducing the soil fetish!
I'm so glad I brought a boat load of motrin along on this trip. The lower back pain is still there, but only if I move a certain way. I can mitigate the problem fairly well. However, lots of lifting and work is coming my way in the next few days. I must be careful how I lift henceforth. And nothing is so serious that I can't move, bend, etc. So, I must be very careful not to exacerbate the situation.
In other news, that nonsense with my jaw went away.
Nothing like a small handful of injuries in a week period to remind me I'm getting older. Yay! (and sonofagoddamnbitch!)
I went to Cracker Barrel for brunch today and acquired the pecan pancake sampler. Yum. Now to finish doing the php homework I didn't get to yesterday before I get to work...
