Good morning, all.

It's a lovely morning, and I'm at work early. Go moi.

Not much to report, except that I'm a tad moody this morning, and I'm glad to hear at least one Republican is calling for Tom Delay's resignation.

Alright, back to work.

Lovely day!

You should enjoy this quote then:

"He is an absolute embarrassment to me and to the Republican Party... Do I think Tom DeLay will be the majority leader by the end of this term? No."
-- Rep. Christopher Shays (R-CT)

Do you have HBO and watch Real Time with Bill Maher? If so, you would have seen Ariana Huffington say something similar to this:
I think the timing of the Pope's death is very fortunate for Tom Delay. If a major celebrity dies every three days for the next month, he might survive his scandals. Otherwise, I think he's going down.

Nope...no cable. :(

Very good quote though...and very true. As long as he keeps himself in the media's eye with all of his collosal screw-ups, Delay is doomed.

good for that guy, i like people who don't conform to the party and are moderate, and who don't want to bend the rules to make excuses for someone, but instead hold them accountable. that might actually show integrity. and Santorum has proven himself an idiot, so it doesn't surprise me what he said.
