I left myself logged into yahoo instant messenger at home. Too bad yahoo doesn't have a remote logoff feature(that I can find).

Logging into another machine elsewhere will log you off from the first location.

Not in this case. I tried, believe me. It just refused to sign me on. This could be related to the fact that I use trillian at home on my windows box, and then Adium on my ibook when I'm out and about.

trillian then becomes a pest because it will see the connection drop and kindly reconnect you :-)
