Mar. 2nd, 2003 11:31 pmToday I spent most of the day with the gaming group playing Sengoku, a feudal Japan rpg. It was rather amusing, and the GM was talented. Since he endured my hijinx, he's quite good.
I managed to catch Queer as Folk tonight, as well as some of the Simpson's. The laundry got taken care of, as well as a nice hot bath.
My cat longs to be near me most of the time I am home. So when I take a bath, he thinks he should be able to sit on my lap while I execute this bubbly transaction. Of course, he knows that the surface he wants to walk on is not normal, so he dips his paw into the water to see if it could support him, or if it's worthy of playing on, etc. Of course, he doesn't really like water, so he flicks his paw to shake off the water. Of course, he flicks it in my direction, so I feel inclined to flick back. He was not amused.
He contented himself to sitting on the toilet lid until I was done.
Next week is booked up in terms of social engagements. Though Friday appears free at the moment. Must make time to write. Of course a friend of mine loaned me his copy of Shogun to read. That might just suck up my time, as well.
