As ariedana had mentioned, Art Carney did die yesterday. Farewell to another individual to brought a great deal of laughter to this world.

Yesterday was a fairly decent day:

-I had a networking lunch where I met a consultant friend to talk and discuss doing side work for him in the future.
-I screwed up at work. It wasn't a big mistake, but it was my fault, and that just pisses me off.
-I ran two miles last night.
-Gilmore Girls was quite amusing, as always.
-More Corporate BS abounds, but I will survive.

Last night, I played a little Grand Theft Auto before going to sleep. I truly enjoy just stealing cars and trying to do obnoxious driving stunts. I managed to wreck a taxi cab I stole on the roof of the police department. I barely missed getting caught in its explosion. Funny thing was, the cops didn’t even care. Sometimes law enforcement just isn’t that sharp.

I got home tonight. I was feelin' good. I jogged three miles today. This is the most I have ever jogged in my life, thank you very much.

I come strutting in my house, waiting to be greeted by my to fur-lined charges, Sascha and Max. Max is the only one there. This is most unusual. They always form a two cat receiving line.

I beckon for Sascha around the house. Finally, in my bedroom, I hear a faint "mew" or two.

Oops.

Apparently, Annie's little Predator hopped in my armoir while I was hurriedly dressing this morning.

I'm just glad he didn't pee on my clothes. At least, not so I can tell, so far.
