Jun. 4th, 2004 12:08 am- I started and read Dan Brown's "Angels and Demons". I enjoyed it immensely. How can you go wrong with an abundance of vatican trivia, the Masons, the Illuminati, and hot Italian intellectuals? I noticed in the acknowledgements that Brown said he was given some intimate tours of the Vatican, as well as visit with the Pope. If that was true, wow.
-I spent the week, essentially, in the company of lawyers. The fitting end to this was standing in line with a pre-law student and a construction/land lawyer. Include the fact that the pre-law fellow was a descendant of the Donner Party, and sueing the company I work for, and you can consider me amused.
-I love looking at the countryside by plane. I like seeing the rivers, appearing as ribbon absent-mindedly lain on the earth.
-Troy was a laugh a minute, as well as being a pulchritudinous man-fest. Pecs and abs and glutes, oh my!
-I need a living quarters that rivals the Getty Museum.
