Householdy goodness

This morning, taogrl and I were supposed to go watch the Christmas parade, but it was raining, so 'twas cancelled. By the time this call was made, I was already up, so I had my coffee and bounced around EQ2 for a bit after I had started some laundry and cranked on the dishwasher.

At noonish, I extricated myself from the game and allowed myself to be overcome with housely chores. So far, the laundry backlog is being addressed, some stuff that has been kept around that can be recycled is recycled, and the sheets are done.

Some more house projects are coming to mind, for future reference of me:

• I need to get more shelves/cabinets for the study
  
• I need to organize the study, of course.
  
• Shoe trees for the closet in the master bedroom.
  
• A coat-tree or wall hooks for the master bedroom
  Interlude: the cat has just gone bonkers and is doing victory runs over and under the bed. This is the blind one, mind you, so his accuracy is ... amusing.
  
• More storage bins for comics .
  
• I wonder if I should have a corner shelving unit and tv mount for my master bedroom. That just might work...
