Wednesday morning in Suburbia
Apr. 6th, 2005 08:08 amHumpday in suburbia. The grass is green, the trees are being massaged by the morning breeze.
I'm sipping coffee during my last minutes in the morning, before I had to work.
Sascha the Cat must have been partying too late last night. He didn't curl into bed with me until I was reaching my semi-natural state of consciousness. As such, I realize how he "rolls me" in the morning in order for him to have more cuddle space on my right side. He wedges his nose in the corner made by my body and my mattress, and burrows. I suppose, while I'm unconscious, I just roll over onto my back. Previously, there had been some doubt as to whether I roll on my back of my own volition, or if it was feline-induced. Today was more evidence for feline-induced.
Last night's Veronica Mars was quite good. I guess we have 5 more episodes left until the chilling crescendo of this story. Veronica and her father appear to be starting to collude a bit. Though he has to do it now that his daughter is in danger.
