Thanks go to scarcrest for bringing this article on WMDs to my attention. Though some of you folks think otherwise, the liberal media is very much a myth when it comes to the mainstream. This whole war has been nothing but a harmful national distraction that has killed our soldiers needlessly for the sake of a few corporate welfare recipients (Bechtel and Haliburton).

This is far from honorable behavior from a country who should know better. Shame on our leadership. Shame on those who voted for our leadership who fell for the same unctuous sales pitch we received in the 80s.

i disagree. weapons or not, i'm tired of the whole burden of proof and waiting to be hit to attack. better to be preemptive and strike first, let people be more afraid to fuck with us, put the fear of america in them like countries liek china do so they leave us alone. i don't want to wait until a bomb lands on NYC while i'm at work. We should have taken out Saddam the first time, i'm glad he's out of power now. he was nothing but evil, regardless of whether or not our interests are selfish, which i think is fine, i'm all for protecting ourselves.

oh by the way i do think it is wrong that they are of course corrupt (what isn't when it comes to the government, i mean really what can they not screw up?) and that those corps. got fat contracts.
