I have done a lot of veggie prep for my food for the week, except for dinners.

Today:
-worked out abs and arms
-had two hard boiled eggs and four slices of canadian bacon for brunch ('cause I slept in)
-snack: sugar free jellow and a single serving of string cheese
-Dinner: Pork loin and roasted veggies (broccoli, asparagus, zuccini, mushrooms)
-Dessert: Ricotta cheese flavored with cocoa powder, splenda, almond extract, and topped with a few roasted pecans.

Tomorrow I have snacks and breakfast and lunch worked out: tuna, lettuce, cucumbers, cellery, some laughing cow cheese, pistachios. We'll see what kind of portions I need to keep from getting hungry.

Must...not...think..about potatoes, corn cakes and breads!

One day, 13 to go 'til I get fruits and multi-grain breads.

I'm lusting after the Apple Powerbook. I lust after lots of toys, actually. Computers are gateway drugs to ...more computers.
