Tonight's dinner
Feb. 20th, 2004 08:38 pmI've been fairly strict on carbs this week...very few wheat products.
Tonight's dinner: sauteed asparagus, onions, mushrooms, zuchini and salmon. Seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a little brandy and Emeril's essense seasoning. Served over a bed of garlic and olive oil flavored couscous. One glass o' red wine.

Of course you're on the west coast and can actually get VERY GOOD salmon.
Ah, I will be in search of good west coast salmon today with Nick as we saunter around the Champlain Valley to find food.
It's really weird.
I'm not used to 2 adults working consistently in my home.
I keep wanting to hold off paying a bill and he says, "But baby, I'm getting a pay check on Monday."
And I just blink a few times and say, "Oh yeah..." And then think, wow. I better not ever get used to it!
