The recipe:
1 lb. of lean ground sirloin
Mushrooms, sliced
Asparagus, sliced
onions, sliced
garlic
garlic olive oil
6 oz of zinfindel wine
Italian herbs
Two bay leaves
Red Pepper, salt, white pepper to taste.
Spaghetti squash that serves as your pasta surrogate.
Sprinkle with Asiago Cheese.
Mmmm good.
