I realized yesterday after my interview that I hadn't seen my passport around. And I thought to myself, "Self! Where the hell did you put your passport?"

Of course, I don't have the job yet, and my never, but I do plan on leaving the country, so I thought I should know where that passport is, especially since if I need a replacement, I would have to get right on that within a month.

So, I perused the usual suspect locations yesterday and found...nothing. I tried some unusual places and...nothing.

So I thought I would stop searching for a while until I got a better idea. I recall that sometime between when I went to Europe last and today, I had reorganized my study. As a result, contents may have drastically shifted during transit.

This morning, I awoke at 7am. Now, this is the normal time I wake up. However, I was not pleased, because I have the day off work and I was supposed to be SLEEPING IN.

Hmph. But noooo. And the little anxious voice in my head said, "Find that passport." So I went looking in my study again, taking a more thorough, organized search. I was rewarded. I found my passport. Which, may turn out not to be needed so urgently.

But anyway, now I'm both triumphant(passport) and pissy(woke up early).
