weaktwosI ended up spending a lot of time on the drums last night. I saw a little improvement, but none that matches my rockstar delusions of grandeur. Ah well, I've got the rest of my life to work on this.

scarcrest and kellinator loved it so.
After work, I ran outside for over two miles. I was pleased with my pace and how I felt during the run. My heart rate monitor is working well, though sometimes it can get a little off kilter.
Time to head to work. I'm ready for a vacation.
