I'll just say that my *hate* of Enzyte male enhancement drugs continues to grow(see, it works!). I can't believe anyone would fall for that. Furthermore, I suspect that the side effects of Enzyte include turning you into a tense-smiling retard.

I took enzyte for a week, and now I trip over my own manhood when I try to leave the shower! I have to coil it like a garden hose just to stuff it in my trousers! That isn't a smile on that man's face, it's a grinace caused by the strain of trying to hold himself upright against the incredible leverage of his newly-enhanced wang! In fact, I blew out a vertabrae just trying to lift mine over the lip of the bathtub yesterday!

... Ok, so I'm kidding.
... about taking enzyte.

Thanks for sharing, tripod. ;-p

How do you know it doesn't work? I have no clue. Just wondering.

Penn and Teller have debunked penis enlargement treatments, as well.

But essentially, these pills don't make medical sense.

[identity profile] dangermouse74.livejournal.com 2004-08-19 11:36 am (UTC)(link)
well from what i have read actually, the medical sense is that they increase the size of the erectile chambers that hold the blood. thus when they are larger and can hold more blood, you can possibly gain size. now again, who knows if it works or not and honestly i wish the damned spam and commercials for it would just go away. peopel have claimed that some of the products with the right herb blends work (i mean who knows if the stories are juist average joes, or work for these companies, and if they are truthful or exaggerated). although we have done scientific studies for dumber things, we don't seem to have done any to test this hehe.

[identity profile] weaktwos.livejournal.com 2004-08-19 12:17 pm (UTC)(link)
That's because they weren't scientifically developed (no testing). Penn and Teller's "Bullshit" show did a test. Had three guys use pills, exercises, or the pump, and after 6 weeks, no change. I feel sorry for the guys who did the pump and the hand exercises. Those were painful looking. The herbs in enzyte might be good for increasing one's arousal, but I doubt that inflating your penis can yield much bigger results. At some point that bad boy has to pop.

Well yeah of course, none of that herbal stuff is scientifically proven to do anything. dunno the stories page i saw on one site did have people leaving posts claiming this worked for me this one didn't blah blah blah. who knows everyone is different, they may or may not work, or they may just all be a silly scam. Maybe i'll try one and see just to do my own scientific testing hehe. And lol well popping is bad, i would hope while the chambers woudl increase in volume or whatever, they would not actually make him explode lol.

Smilin' Bob was one of the big reasons I got tivo. Back when I saw the commercials I did note the fine print about it not being a drug and thus not regulated by the FDA.

Yes, without Tivo, Smilin' Bob would harsh my otherwise delightful Alton Brown/Good Eats viewing experience.

Gotta throw down here.

Enzyte offers a "free trial", where you pay something like $5.00 shipping for a one-month supply. Tried it. Didn't do squat. Then I received a package from enzyte with my "next month's supply" and a $69.00 charge on my credit card.

Seems they forget to tell you that by subscribing to the free trial, you automatically enroll in their buy-it-monthly program.

I had to file fraud charges against them and cancel a credit card. It was a pain in the ass.

That's what I thought. Crooks. I'm sorry that the only growth you experienced with enzyte was in the amount of annoyance.
