I hope you are right. But I think that will only happen if those who care will rise up and be heard. I have some concern that the moderates will be pushed out of the Bush Administration for the next term. Powell just resigned, I hear, with Condi slated to replace him as Secretary of State. We all saw how good she was as Nat'l Security Advisor. We can expect her to grapple with accountability in the same way, no doubt.
