What's the best way to lose 96 million dollars?

I guess when you're dealing with 8.8 billion dollars, it's easy to lose a million here, a million there. *yawn* It's just so hard to keep track of all that stuff.

I think there are some contract employees that made some extra money in "hazard pay", though.
