I can't wait until I move in to my house & can have a fire in my new fireplace! The beehive fireplace at this place is up too high for any lounging on the floor in front of a cozy fire...I think my kitty will enjoy it as much as Maximus... ;)

Well, I close Friday (ack!) but I can't move in anyway until the fumigation tent is off & cleared for entry, which won't be until the 14th, but I probably won't be sleeping there until probably just after Christmas when I get furniture moved in. I'm taking my full two weeks vacation to move gradually vs killing myself all at once like last time...nice to have the 2-for-1 vacation time special!

Hey, I think I'll hang out on the floor in front of my fireplace anyway...I don't think I have to be a cat to enjoy that! ;)

I'm sure my cats would like inside. They currently need some flea medicine. They also have an affinity for my tweed guitar cases and amp grill cloth, so I must watch them closely (or cover the said items).

And the fireplace here is currently broken. I need to redo the brick (previous foundation shift).

Oh yeah, that's a happy kitty. What's that thing under his head stretching to the chair? I know you don't have him on a leash, so I'm at a loss as to what it is.
