Everything you mentioned as facts learned in the Nova program was pretty much all that was on the news for the first few months after they towers fell here in NYC. So, for me it is old news. The conclusion that I came to, and the conclusion that a lot of people who studied this information as both professionals and just concerned people, was that the way the towers fell was the ONLY way they could have fallen under current modern means (this is to say a meteor strike might have done the job too, but we can't make those happen yet. Final Fantasy this aint. :D) So, under those circumstances, and combined with the fact that this was not the first attempt at knocking down the towers, it became clear that the plane crashes were designed to do the very job that they did, as opposed to the Tower's collapse being an unexpected sideeffect.
My personal theory is that the Bush administration knew about the plan to crash the plane but did not give it enough importance because they didn't think the towers would fall. Then again, they pretty much knew New Orleans would be demolished last year and we all saw how much they did about that too, so I don't even know about that any more. However, conspiracy theory or no, whoever planned this particular strike is a diabolical geniuse of a calibre not even written about in Fiction, and I'm utterly appalled that so little had done to find who did it (be it Osama or someone else) and put them to justice. Anyone thinking this was an isolated incident should have been around here in '93 when the first bomb blew beneath the Towers.
