I really dig how t-mobile has enthusiastic agents who are scripted to express their deep appreciation for your patronage, and proceed to transfer you into a dead end.
Also, what is the point of investing in CTI technologies if the agents have to verify the very information that the phone system prompts you for? What a waste of time.
