Merry Christmas!

I'm cooking the Christmas Eve dinner, so I'm about to head into the kitchen. I hope everyone is having a marvelous day!

The menu:
Prime Rib
Baked Potato
Stuffed Mushrooms
brussels sprouts
yorkshire pudding

Dessert
Pear Crisp
Lemon Meringue Pie

The pie is done. The stuffed mushrooms I will prep now to bake after the prime rib. The Prime rib goes into at 3:30, along with the potatoes. Hopefully I'll have time to relax at some point. Sleep kinda sucked hard last night.

The gifts for the family are under the tree, my brother and sister in law will be late. So dinner will be served later.


And now, back to the kitchen!

Mmm, that sounds delicious! We used to have prime rib at my parent's house on Christmas Eve. This year though I'm trying out Paula Deen's biscuit wrapped ham.
