As planned, I made Key Lime Ice Cream.

In my humble opinion, it's an orgasm on a spoon.

Well, if you dig key lime, that is.

It is really quite easy if you have the ice cream makers that don't work with the crank, but are "automatic".

It simply has:
2 cups cream
6 egg yolks
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice.

Clearly, it's a coronary in a crock, but It does make for a nice variety for ice cream. :-)
