While channelsurfing, I tripped over a gem (secret code for monumental cinematic catastrophe) of a movie called "Highlander: The Final Dimension". It was made in 1994. I came upon it in the middle of it's showing. I had only to see Mario Van Peebles looking like a badass mongol, yet sounding like Harvey Firestein to decide that I needed to put the channel-changing peddle to the metal and keep on going.
