Mar. 30th, 2003 11:43 amWell, I just got back from a quick paced walk. I came back reasonably hot and sweaty, and it was 30 minutes worth of exercise, so that's good. I'll probably do some free weights here, shortly, then get breakfast and head out.
I have to head to work to finish some tasks that just didn't get done last week. Yay for overtime. However, I look forward to when I don't have to work as much overtime, and having a whole weekend to myself.
Then, a friend of mine is putting on a dinner. She's making homemade ravioli. I couldn't pass that up.

Mar. 30th, 2003 12:03 pmI shuffled over to the neighborhood mailbox to check yesterday's mail.
Zanadu Comics delivered. If anyone ends up trying to buy something through Amazon, and you end up using Z-shops. Zanadu is alright. They are responsive to email inquiries, and they delivered my product quite safely in a little plastic sleeve inside a priority postage envelope.
My set is complete.

Mar. 30th, 2003 10:39 pmI recently came home, after dinner, and work.
Today was good. Dinner was great, but something disagreed with my intestines, and I had some gastronomical adventures in the bathroom shortly after dinner.
I bought Craftsman Toolz today! I needed a wratchet, and an adjustable wrench and they were MINE! Muhahahaha.
In addition to the remainder of the Sandman volumes, I received Gore Vidal's "Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace". It is thought provoking, thus far. Mr. Vidal asks some interesting questions. I'll wait to write more on it later.
I finished reading "League of Extraordinary Gentleman, vol. I". I wonder where volume II is. I have not yet seen it in stores. I saw some mention of it on a comics website, but nothing about when it was released or where to buy it. Hmmm.
My cat is currently vexed by some flying bug. He looks dreadfully silly while attempting to hunt it down and kill it. Some bugs might think me insensitive to say such a thing, but I'm heartless that way.

Y'all know me, I'm all in favor of being opposed to this war, but these anti-war twits need to be smacked upside their pointy heads.
It's a shame that we can't head such stupidity off at the pass. But if we persecuted all stupid people, I risk getting nipped out of the gene pool from time to time, myself.
