Mar. 8th, 2004 08:41 amSo, the latest intel says that Al Qaeda forces are trying to find a new lair somewhere in Africa (maybe several somewheres).
The US military is training some military groups of African nations in anti-terrorist maneuvers.
The problem is, some of these countries are known for being somewhat lackluster on the human rights front.
Who wants to bet that 10 years down the road, some of these US trained soldiers or these countries are going to rise to be a threat to us in the future?
What is the definition of terrorism, anyway? Is it "scaring rich white men"?
