Jan. 12th, 2005 09:50 amThis problem has been around for a long time, but it's time I got this off my chest.
I would like to formally object to the definitions of the words biweekly, bimonthly and biannually. Look at those definitions. What bullshit. Thanks to these words, an event that is biweekly, bimonthly or biannually could be happening twice as often or half as often as you think. How could we let this happen to our vocabulary?!? Gay marriage and family values pale in comparison to this blight on our lexicon! I am boycotting the use of these words. Curses to the pundits that cluttered our vocabulary with useless words as these!
