I am Jack's head of garlic
May. 1st, 2005 12:16 amWoo! And I ain't a whistlin' Dixie! I've got garlic breath in a serious way. It all started when i went to band practice chez MCL. We practiced a number of songs: Major Tom, Wish You Were Here, Alone, Down Under, Story of My Life, That's Just What You Are, Werewolves of London. I tried Man in a Suitcase, but god, those drums are out of control!
After practice, we walked to the store and fetched some nourishment. Dinner was bowtie pasta with sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and garlic and basil sausage. I made a spinach salad with bacon, mushrooms and balsamic vinegrette, and CML made garlic bread. And boy, he seasoned his garlic with french bread and butter!
Overall, the meal was delicious, but now I'm simply vampire resistant...FOREVAR!
Band practice was good. I'm feeling the flow of the music better, and that pleases me.
Now I'm bushed. Sleep is not too far off.
