Dragoncon Registration

Hah! The Dragonladies finally stay at the Hilton where registration as been, and they move it to the Hyatt.

No big deal, but kinda funny.

I'm starting to look at some of the tracks at D*con. I think I'll want to tag along with ariedana on some of the Brit track stuff. However, I will also be wanting to attend the opening ceremony, and if possible the closing ceremony to see the delightfully magical shimaera perform. That is paramount on my priority list. Hopefully some of you out there will be there as well!

That's just to start. Of course, there's meeting up with a number of you fine people. I'll want to catch up with platostruth, bheansidhe, dslartoo, reprobayt, newbabel, and the Dragonladies, of course. And who else, hmmm?

Profiles in Customer Support

I really dig how t-mobile has enthusiastic agents who are scripted to express their deep appreciation for your patronage, and proceed to transfer you into a dead end.

Also, what is the point of investing in CTI technologies if the agents have to verify the very information that the phone system prompts you for? What a waste of time.
