Ah, I am home at last. Well, I was home last night. I think it was around 9-ish that I got home. The cats were quite solicitous. We've had our cuddles. Max is especially talkative and snuggly.

The good things about yesterday's travel mishap:
-I am half way through Tesla's biography by Margaret Cheney, "Tesla: A Man Out of Time"
-One of my flight attendants looked like Ted Knight from the Mary Tyler Moore Show
-It's a good thing I took a taxi cab to the airport, because if I had parked my car there I would have had more fun getting to my car. US Scareways is in Terminal A, American is in Terminal B. Just one less inconvenience.

It was also interesting to note that I had a strange feeling as my faulty plane took off, such that I uttered a little prayer for our(everyone in the plane) safety. Then twenty minutes later we turned the plane around. There was nothing empirical behind my sense of anxiety. I couldn't pinpoint that the plane was going to have a pressure/door problem. I just felt like something was wrong. As far as I know I don't have situations like that often.


Today's menu:
-Cleaning up the kitchen a tad, and clearing away some clutter.
-Goofing off
-Getting my car serviced.
-Do some research on Sutter Creek.
