I enjoy Rush's music. However, the lead singer sounds like he should be a member of the Lollypop Guild. That disturbs me.

Geddy Lee

See, Geddy's voice never did bother me. Guess it comes from also being a Dylan fan. I listened to Roll the Bones on my drive back from Camden this morning ... great album. And they're still one of the best concerts I've ever seen, though the opening act was disappointing (Mr. Big).

I need to have more of their stuff on CD so I can listen to it at home. As it is, almost all I have of their music is on cassette from high school and college.

Well, I guess you'll have to update your Amazon.com wishlist, then. ;-)

Geddy Lee, give or take a few consonants sounds like a great name for a Civil War reenactment enthusiast.

True 'nuff. What's your favorite of their songs? Mine's a tossup between "New World Man," "Subdivisions" and "Losing It." I think all three were on Signals...

New World Man has been my favorite, hands down. But then again, I cannot say I've heard every Rush song out there. But the lyrics of that song have spoken to me most of all. I do like Subdivisions, as well. (that's the track that is up now)
