Nov. 16th, 2003 09:20 amYesterday was a good mix of activities.
In the morning, Ms. Tao got together to see Matrix Revolutions. I made my peace about that yesterday. Though if anyone wishes to discuss it further, let me know.
I returned home for about an hour to tap my addiction, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, then I sped off to a coworker's Baby Shower. She's going to have a little girl in January.
Let's be honest here: the Shower concept is utterly dull to me. If I ever have wedding shower's or baby showers, they will involve something altogether more amusing than silly games and gifts. Blah.
After the shower, I hung out with another friend (I've not yet created his top secret nickname, yet. I would use S-hole, but that wouldn't be creative at all) and we went off to Spike and Mike's Sick and Twisted Animation Festival. Fun times. I still am amused by the pungent smokey odors that come about after the lights go down.
I think my favorite animations were: Dr. Tran, Beyond Granmpa, the Happy Tree Friends. Hut Sluts was played, but I liked Swing Sluts better.
Now to eat, bathe and head off to engage in more geeky activities.
Addendum: Heh. Guess whose voice post I had just listened to?
