My company got mentioned in Guts, a book on corporations who have made "gutsy" moves to achieve high customer satisfaction. Apparently, a story where one of our employees helped a customer who was no longer insured with us when she had no medicine or heat made the book. it's a cool story, but it's not like we do that every day.

The Freiburgs, who wrote "Guts", also wrote a book about Southwest Airlines called "Nuts!". I shudder to think what their next book title might be. Coworkers surveyed say, "Butts" or "Putz!". Maybe even "Mutts!"
