Today was pretty good. I might have to work this weekend.

I am amused by the outrage of some people over this "Boob seen around the world" hullaballoo. For those who are outraged: get the fuck over it. If children are watching, so what? They still saw more detail when they were breastfeeding. Janet's breast will offer nothing new, except you might get your eye poked out if you're not careful around Ms. Jackson. Only infants raised on soy formula will feel cheated by their lack of memory. People want to write in and complain about the half-time show, but they'll remain relatively silent about issues like Bush tanking our economy. What? Are breasts a gateway drug to rampant irresponsibility?

I so agree with you on the halftime show thing! In addition to everything you said, it's not like it was even on the screen for more than a second; CBS cut away really fast. The only people who saw the whole thing in detail on TV are those who backed it up on Tivo and paused it - hello! They chose to do that! Did it cause an uncomfortable conversation with kids? What about all of the commercials for erectile dysfunction products? Why isn't there a huge fuss about THAT?

(Oh, I know the answer to that one, believe me...)
