weaktwosOkay...today hasn't been totally unproductive. I did manage to:
-sweep some floors
-do some laundry
-clean the litterbox
-get some veggies and fruits at the store
-get some reading and research done
-sleep in and goof off.
-attend to sundry administrative tasks, including installing Turbotax.
I see a lot of folks griping about Valentine's Day. I preferred to ignore it entirely. If I had someone I cared about, I would probably have planned some great fun indoors. However, I don't, so I don't bother. Now the rest of you single and none-too-pleased-about-it folks seem content to drive a bit of a bitter stake through your hearts by fretting about it.
But of course, since I saw many friends kvetching about being single on "Single Awareness Day", it made it that much harder for me to ignore it, so thanks-a-fucking-lot!
Other than that, life is good. Life is always good to me, but never good enough.
